Quiet hotel, the staff were all flexible and incredibly welcoming and the location was STUNNING so close to many activities. The efficiency king suite was huge, had a fireplace, central heating and an iron. There was a spa bath, a plus for me.

It was a very large apartment with 2 bathrooms, a fireplace and a large kitchen. There was everything to be able to serve yourself. The pool and sauna were great. The resort is highly recommended!
warm water ran out quickly, so it was hardly possible to use a hot tub, as the water became cold without reaching jets

We had a very nice time. Loved this nice hotel because of unbeatable position along with super-friendly staff. - Location: the venue was not far from Horseshoe Valley, less than an hour from Blue Mountain, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Orillia, Lake Simcoe. - the breakfast had a great selection of options: coffee and tea.

It is always clean and neat and close to home but far enought for a little getaway.
I was sad that we couldn't use the indoor/outdoor pool at Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge should also have an outdoor pool. Also a 10 am checkout time is too early and guests should be able to stay and use the facilities until they are ready to leave. Any other resort we have ever stayed in allowed us to check out but use all the amenities until we were ready to leave. This was very poor for guest relations.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The facilities were very beautiful and also very private. Very clean and well kept property. The acces to BBQ was great. We stayed in the one suite condo which had a full kitchen. We were able to go to the local foodland and purchase some of the necessary staples and make meals in our suite.
Lot's of Mosquitos around the designated BBQ area's, and no lights around this area. More to do in the evening would be nice. A key to the back porch would be nice too. Not too many places to eat within the resort.
